Dear Parent/Guardian

Greetings. This letter serves to inform you of the process of learners returning to school officially on the Monday, 15 February 2021. We did delay this communique, uncertain of whether there would be further changes to the format in which learners would return to school, due to the Covid pandemic.

Please note that the Class Groups have been arranged as per 2020. This means that your learner would progress to the next Grade and in the same class grouping. For example, if a learner was in Grade 3A in 2020 and was promoted, that learner would now be in Grade 4A, and so on.

PLEASE NOTE : ON MONDAY – 15 FEBRUARY 2021, FOR THE FOUNDATION PHASE - ONLY THE GRADE R AND GRADE 1 WILL RETURN TO SCHOOL
Only Parents of Grade R and Grade 1 will be permitted [ if they so desire] to enter the school premises and leave their learners in their allocated classes and then leave.

The FOUNDATION PHASE schedule will be sent on the Specific Grade Chats Groups

The schedule for the attendance for Learners in the INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR PHASE in the first week is as follows: THE GRADES INDICATED REFER TO THE GRADE THAT LEARNERS WILL BE IN 2021.

- PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR LEARNER LEAVES HOME WITH A MASK AND THAT PROPER SANITISING IS TAUGHT AND PRACTISED AT ALL TIMES, ESPECIALLY THOSE LEARNERS WHO ARE TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
- IF YOUR LEARNER IS UNWELL, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY REMAIN AT HOME.
